1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolVault ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToolVault provides AI-powered document generation, content creation, and productivity tools ("Tools"). Tools are powered by third-party AI models including Anthropic Claude. Generated outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave
• Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly and auto-renew
• Per-tool purchases are one-time and non-expiring
• No refunds: All AI generation credits are consumed at time of generation. We do not offer refunds for consumed or unused credits
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Free Trials

Registered users receive 1 free AI generation per tool. Free trials are non-transferable and limited to one per email address per tool.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ToolVault to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Circumvent payment or access controls

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by ToolVault is AI-generated and may contain errors or inaccuracies. ToolVault makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Review all generated content before use.

8. Intellectual Property

You own the outputs you generate. ToolVault retains all rights to the Service, UI, underlying code, and tool configurations.

9. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions (20% of referred payments) are paid monthly in arrears. ToolVault reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals. Commission rates may change with 30 days notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

ToolVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
