ToolVault ("we", "us", "our") operates the ToolVault AI tool platform accessible at toolvault.ai. We are committed to protecting your personal data.

We do not store full card numbers or payment details. All payments are handled by Flutterwave.
When you use our AI tools, your input prompts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do not store your tool inputs or AI-generated outputs in our database. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle data.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. On deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days except payment records required for legal compliance (retained 7 years).

We use session cookies for authentication (NextAuth.js). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) and secure database practices. API keys are stored as environment variables and never exposed client-side.
